The aluminum housing pulls heat away from the board and keeps the Pi 5 cool without a fan, so it runs silently. The case also looks good sitting on a desk, shelf, or TV stand.
The Raspberry Pi 5 is the fastest Raspberry Pi yet. It has a quad-core 2.4 GHz Arm Cortex-A76 CPU and a VideoCore VII GPU, and it can drive dual 4Kp60 displays. With 8GB of RAM, it's well suited to desktop computing, multitasking, media centers, retro gaming, home servers, programming, and demanding maker projects.
The kit also includes a 27W USB-C PD power supply, an A1 64GB SanDisk microSD card pre-loaded with Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit), a card reader, and a micro-HDMI cable. Plug it into a monitor or TV, add a keyboard and mouse, and you're ready to go.

- Built-in passive cooling: The aluminum body acts as a heat sink. A thermal pad is included to carry heat from the board into the case, and ventilation slots on the bottom add airflow.

- Easy access: The microSD slot is reachable without taking the case apart, and the GPIO pins are accessible through a slot on the bottom.
