The PiShop Aluminum Kit pairs the powerful Raspberry Pi 5 (16GB) with our Premium Metal Case, which doubles as a built-in heat sink. The aluminum housing pulls heat away from the board and keeps the Pi 5 cool without a fan, so it runs silently. The case also looks good sitting on a desk, shelf, or TV stand.
The Raspberry Pi 5 is the fastest Raspberry Pi yet, with a quad-core 2.4 GHz Arm Cortex-A76 CPU and a VideoCore VII GPU that can drive dual 4Kp60 displays. The 16GB model is the most powerful Pi 5 we offer, with twice the memory of the 8GB version. That gives you room for memory-hungry work such as running multiple virtual machines or containers, hosting several services at once, compiling large projects, working with large datasets, and running local AI models.
The kit also includes a 27W USB-C PD power supply, an A1 64GB SanDisk microSD card pre-loaded with Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit), a card reader, and a micro-HDMI cable. Plug it into a monitor or TV, add a keyboard and mouse, and you're ready to go.
