This simple and affordable tripod mount for the Raspberry Pi Camera Module solves that annoying issue of not being able to mount these modules to a tripod - unlike the High Quality Camera which comes with one built-in. If you don't want to dish out the extra cash for the HQ camera, or would prefer to use a Camera Module 3 for its awesome autofocus abilities, then this is just what you need!
It's a simple design - the best ones usually are! You fit your camera flex cable to your camera module, pop the flex cable through the little slot, and then fix the camera to the mounting plate with the included screws. We even include spares in case you lose one.
All that's left to do is screw the mount onto your tripod and start taking shots with libcamera.
Here's a little bonus - it'll also work with the V2 and V1 official cameras, as well as any other camera modules with the same PCB footprint and mounting holes as the official modules.
Note: The Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 and the Tripod are NOT included.
