This HighPi Pro case is made specifically for Raspberry Pi 5 and a wide variety of HATs. It supports active cooling with the Raspberry Pi Active Cooler, has a removable microSD card cover, and a secure tool-free lid design. We're especially proud of the illuminated status LED / power button, making it easy to see the status LED and operate the Pi5's new power button without opening the case.
What Fits Inside
The generous internal volume provides plenty of room for the add-ons you love. Specifically:
- Raspberry Pi 5 board
- Raspberry Pi Active Cooler or a variety of heatsinks
- 16mm standoff set and header extension (May be required for correct HAT height, sold separately)
- Most HATs available on the market that are compatible with Pi 5
Older HATs often have 12mm standoffs included with them. Newer HATs released after the Pi5 usually include 16mm standoffs which provide good clearance over the Active Cooler when installed on the Pi5. To use a HAT designed for 12mm standoffs with taller 16mm standoffs, a short header extension is required so that the HAT connector mates with the Pi's GPIO header pins.

Assembly Instructions
- Attach the active cooler or heatsink to the Pi board
- Attach the HAT to the Pi board using 16mm standoffs and a header extension if required
- Insert the front ports of Pi board (USB-C, microHDMI) into their openings
- Gently push down the back edge of the Pi board (near the GPIO pins) until that edge clicks under its snap
- Insert the USB end of the lid first, and then push the opposite end down until until it clicks
