Big and Useful
Obviously, a large soldering mat is a useful thing. This is an excellent mat, based on my limited experience with soldering mats. The heat resistance is good, pressing an iron to the silicone leaves hardly a mark. My only 'complaint' would be that any mess you make soldering is quite evident on the light blue colouring of the mat. The plus side to this is that you will undoubtedly know when it's time to clean the mat. The various side pockets could also be a bit deeper but it is all well-worth the price. I was surprised and relieved by what I received.
